Rugby Union is a team sport based upon the fundamental values of integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline and respect.

Each team member has individual skill sets that integrate to contest possession of the ball in a variety of different instances throughout the game.

Frequently, this contest for possession “starts up front” – with the Front 5 – the front row and second row – the real powerhouse of the team.

Their security of possession and control of the ball allows the rest of the team to play throughout every stop / start moment of the game.

All development – in whatever use, location or size – must “start up front” – with Land.

Once land is secured – the rest of the team can play – through the never-ending stop / start moments of the development process.

Front 5 Associates is based upon the same values and “starting up front” seeks to create value and add value in whatever we do associated with land and the development process.
