Jason andrews has over thirty years’ experience in land, planning and development delivery in the Corporate House Building and the Affordable Housing Provider Sectors across North London, East of England and the Northern Home Counties.

Jason has over twenty years’ Board Experience problem resolving, key stakeholder communication, growth target delivery, deal creation and management, team creation and management, organisation, motivation, focus and determination.

Jason’s experience has been accrued with Berkeley, Wilcon, Michael Shanly, Miller, Persimmon, Clarion Housing Group, Bellway, Vistry and Crest Nicholson – securing and developing schemes from single plots up to a Garden Village of 7,500 plots.

Proud husband, with three children, with two grandchildren, car and motorsports nut, yearn to be afloat - and played all positions in the Front 5 at one time or another.
